Day 1 — Arrival in Zhangjiajie
Arrive in Zhangjiajie and meet your private driver for the transfer to your hotel. If arrival time allows, visit 72 Wonder Tower and enjoy the evening atmosphere of Zhangjiajie.
Day 2 — Zhangjiajie National Forest Park: Yuanjiajie & Tianzi Mountain
Enter Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and explore Bailong Elevator, Yuanjiajie, the Avatar-style sandstone peaks and Tianzi Mountain. Enjoy panoramic viewpoints across the dramatic quartz-sandstone landscape.
Day 3 — Golden Whip Stream & Scenic Valleys
Walk through Golden Whip Stream and explore the lower valleys of the national forest park. Continue to Ten-mile Gallery, with Baofeng Lake available as an optional addition depending on pace and interests.
Day 4 — Tianmen Mountain
Spend the day at Tianmen Mountain, including the mountain cableway, Glass Skywalk, Tianmen Cave and the famous 99-Bend Road area. Return to Zhangjiajie for the night.
Day 5 — Zhangjiajie → Furong Town → Fenghuang
Travel to Furong Town and explore the old streets, Tujia-style architecture and famous waterfall. Continue to Fenghuang Ancient Town in the late afternoon and enjoy its illuminated riverside night scenery.
Day 6 — Fenghuang Ancient Town
Explore Fenghuang at a relaxed pace, including the Tuojiang River, Shen Congwen Former Residence, Hongqiao Bridge and the old lanes of the ancient town. Enjoy free time along the riverside before another evening in Fenghuang.
Day 7 — Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Fenghuang Ancient Town Railway Station or continue toward Changsha or your next destination according to your travel plan.
